SAP Replenishment Planning is a new solution on top of the SAP Customer Activity Repository. It addresses automated retail store replenishment scenarios with cost-optimized ordering and simulation with a special focus on replenishment of fresh products by considering spoilage and intraday planning. For the calculation of future consumer demand, the Unified Demand Forecast, a solution component of SAP CAR is used. Integration is provided via SAP CAR to SAP ECC for Retail and SAP S/4HANA Retail for merchandise management/fashion and vertical business.
