The latest version of Extended ECM for Microsoft Office 365 includes new features and support such as Office 365 groups integration and the Office 365 Integration service. The focus of this course is to enable new and existing administrators to install, configure and administer Extended ECM for Microsoft Office 365 and Application Governance & Archiving for SharePoint, both in Office 365 and in an on-premises SharePoint environment.

- Provide a high-level overview of Microsoft SharePoint products
- Explain Microsoft SharePoint concepts and tasks including site creation, site collections, document libraries and content types at a high level
- Describe the key features and components of OpenText Extended ECM for Microsoft Office 365 and Application Governance & Archiving for SharePoint
- Download SharePoint add-ins and deploy them to Office 365
- Add web parts to sites and configure them
- Install and configure the Office 365 Integration Service
- Archive sites and documents interactively and automatically with the Office 365 Integration Service
- Perform a basic installation of OpenText AGA for Microsoft SharePoint for on-premises implementations
- Archive and restore SharePoint on-premises sites and documents interactively and automatically
- Create and modify Content Server web parts on on-premises SharePoint
- Configure the SharePoint Search integration with Content Server
- General IT background and experience with Microsoft SharePoint Server and OpenText Content Server is preferable
