The OpenText LiquidOffice training course is intended to introduce LiquidOffice and provides an introduction to the features and architecture of LiquidOffice. This course also covers LiquidOffice installation, the Management Console, designing and publishing forms, workflow (i.e. process) design and routing, and LiquidOffice server administration (i.e. reports, business activity monitoring, software sensors, etc.). This course is geared to current and future LiquidOffice users and administrators who will be installing and configuring LiquidOffice as well as those who require an introduction to LiquidOffice, its features, and interfaces.
By attending OpenText LiquidOffice workshop, delegates will learn to:
- Get an introduction to LiquidOffice, its architecture, components, features, and user interfaces
- Perform preinstallation steps and install the components of LiquidOffice and understand its hardware and software requirements
- Administer components of LiquidOffice using the Management Console, including adding and modifying users and roles, creating connect agents, adding a relationship, and more
- Create, modify and publish a variety of forms using LiquidOffice Forms Designer including basic and more advanced forms
- Build and publish a number of processes (workflows) using LiquidOffice Process Studio and modify its interface using custom drawers
- Monitor LiquidOffice server by using the event log, and creating dashboards, reports and process monitors
- Implement processes (workflows) with multiple forms
This OpenText LiquidOffice class is intended for Administrators and Intermediate to Advanced Users
- Previous experience with Microsoft Windows would be beneficial
