The Implementing Records Management using eDOCS RM training course, will cover the RM architecture, the User Interfaces (DM/RM Webtop, DM/RM Extensions, and InfoCenter), configuration, and the administration of the RM product family including the File Plan configuration. We will build a File Plan, and plan and create the Records Retention/Disposition Rules. These rules build on the Events which use Cutoff/Rollover, Storage and Disposal Actions. Relationships in the File Plan, Sections and Locations will be created to help enhance your File Plan. There are several reports available to extract the RM information.
By attending Implementing Records Management using eDOCS RM workshop, delegates will learn to:
