The Implementing Document Management using eDOCS DM training course, will present a detailed overview of the technology and architecture of eDOCS DM. The class includes the installation and configuration of the various components of eDOCS DM including DM Management Studio, Analytics, eDOCS Defense, DM Extensions, and InfoCenter (including its prerequisites). DM Libraries will be generated and configured for the storage of documents. We will use DM Designer to design customized profile and search forms, as well as modify the DM database. Also, using the eDOCS DM Management Studio we will configure the DM servers, DM Libraries, and DM Indexes to enable the full-text indexing of documents. Furthermore, we will create and configure FlexFolders, and configure user settings using Configure DM Extensions through Management Studio.
