This Pentaho Installation and Administration training course provides a hands-on overview of the processes for installing, configuring, administering and maintaining the Pentaho Business Analytics suite of products. Through a mixture of interactive instructor-led activities and exercises, you will learn the key concepts and utilities to administer the Pentaho Business Analytics suite of products.
By attending Pentaho Installation and Administration workshop, delegates will learn to:
- Use the archive installer to quickly implement production deployments of the Pentaho platform, speeding time-to-value
- Gain experience using scheduling tools, allowing them to better understand user requirements for applications they administer
- Create and use data sources, exposing them to the types of data models they will administer on behalf of content consumers and content creators
- Use the Operations Mart to view usage statistics for performance tuning
- Gain an effective view of the components they administer, from content management to security implementation
- Some knowledge of Business Analytics is preferred but not required
