The Franchising training course will provide the skills and knowledge required to establish a franchise from the initial research phase through to finalising a franchising agreement with the franchisor and opening the franchise for business. This course will help you successfully manage a franchise operation, manage relationships with franchisee and franchisors and help you comply with obligations set out in the franchising agreement and with relevant legislative requirements specific to the type of franchise. This course will also take you through the skills and knowledge required to manage the closure or transfer of a franchise.
